If you’ve been on TikTok recently, you’ve probably come across the viral baked feta pasta. I knew I had to jump on the trend that supposedly made Finland run of feta (although I’m assuming that’s a bit of an exaggeration). Luckily for me, Trader Joe’s wasn’t out of feta.
After making it, I can see why it was such a big hit. It’s super simple to make and the payoff is great. It’s very adaptable. The original recipe simply calls for tomatoes, feta, pasta, and basil, but zhuzhed it up a bit with garlic, mushroom, red onions, breadcrumbs, etc.
Have you tried the baked feta past yet? What did you think?
